When Xian asks Lujan to marry him, he is taken by surprise by her reaction. What could be so horrible in Lujan's past to elicit such a strong and heartfelt response? Is it possible to love too much? And can a heart pop? Commissioned by the Ensemble Theatre of Chattanooga and based on a piece of artwork entitled The Juggler in an effort to bridge the divide between the visual and performing arts.
